What are you doing to adapt to this sudden change?
We are not allowing this pandemic to change any of our business practices. We are always mindful of our clients insurance needs and do whatever we can at all times to services those needs to the best of our ability.
How has it impacted your business/industry/workplace?
We at SIG take our clients’ insurance needs personally. We have always and will always do our best for our clientele in good and hard times. Our industry has responded by returning premium to loyal clients and giving leniency on billing if needed. Our workplace has stayed the exact same. During the past 90 days. People continue to buy homes, autos, and business insurance and we have remained at work to help service those needs.
What can we do as a community to help?
I feel like Texarkana has always known that we need to support each other and this is just a refresher on how important it is to support local businesses, not just through the hard times, but always.
