Gail & Dr. Ed Eichler started the Clay Eichler Memorial Fund in 2015. Each year, the Clay Eichler Memorial Fund raises money through an annual event known as “Clay’s Golf and Guitars” with all profits benefitting worthy local organizations needing financial assistance. The recipients of the funds raised by this event are chosen by their board on a rotating basis.
The 7th annual Clay's Golf and Guitars Golf Tournament was held on May 22, 2021, at Northridge Country Club. The golf tournament, concert, and raffle ticket sales raised over $160,000 for 2021’s benefactor, Haven Homes.
