On July 15, 2026, more than 400 business leaders, elected officials, industry experts, and community members gathered at the Texarkana Convention Center for the inaugural State of Lithium. Opened by Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the event explored how the rapidly growing lithium industry is driving workforce development, innovation, investment, and economic growth while helping shape the future of the Texarkana USA region.
