Texarkana Chamber of Commerce 2025 Women in Business Event
On Tuesday, May 7, 2025, the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Women in Business event at Silvermoon on Broad in downtown Texarkana. Sponsored by CHRISTUS, the event brought together local leaders and entrepreneurs to celebrate the contributions of women in business across the region.
As part of this year’s initiative, the Chamber was honored to graciously give $1,000 each to Grace House and Haven Homes—two local organizations dedicated to providing safe, supportive environments for women and families in need.
The event also recognized outstanding leadership and service, with Dot Williford receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award and Lesley Ledwell-Dukelow being named the inaugural Woman of the Year.
