The Ark-La-Tex 100 Club Distributes Grants
The Ark-La-Tex 100 Club is a citizen-sponsored, non-profit organization. The sole purpose of the ArkLaTex 100 Club is to benefit our local police and firefighters in Bowie and Miller Counties. The goal of the Arklatex 100 Club is to raise funds for the dependents of our first responders lost in the line of duty. The remaining funds are used to purchase any unbudgeted but necessary life-saving equipment and additional training.
The ArkLaTex 100 Club recently distributed over $79,000.00 in grant requests to police departments and fire departments in Bowie and Miller County. This was only possible through their recent membership drive and the generosity of our outstanding citizens.
