This simple recipe makes it easy to go from fresh ingredients to ready for snacking in about ten minutes. Serve it with salty tortilla chips or add to the top of your favorite Tex-Mex. - Cut up vegetables.
- Place cut vegetables in a food processor and blend. If using a small food processor, blend tomatoes, cucumbers and onion first. Then add jalapeño, garlic and cilantro.
- Squeeze in the juice of one lime.
- Add a dash of sea salt.
