Region 8 Education Service Center (ESC 8) proudly announces its groundbreaking achievement as the first Education Service Center in Texas to offer an International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC) accredited Dyslexia Therapist Training Program recognized by the International Dyslexia Association (IDA). This milestone validates ESC 8's commitment to providing cutting-edge educational opportunities and furthering excellence in education.
IMSLEC is a globally recognized organization dedicated to ensuring high standards in the training of professionals in multisensory structured language instruction, an approach that has proven to be exceptionally effective in teaching individuals with dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities.
