TASD 2025 Top Ten

1. Nevaeh Michelle Walker



Ranked first in her class with a GPA of 4.6719, Nevaeh Michelle Walker is the daughter of Whittney and Ernest Walker. Since joining TASD in the 8th grade, Nevaeh has demonstrated academic excellence and leadership. A recipient of the QuestBridge National College Match Scholarship, she has earned a full scholarship to Barnard College worth $325,000. She graduates with the distinguished AP Capstone Diploma and is a Summa Cum Laude Honor Graduate. Nevaeh’s future plans include attending Columbia/Barnard to major in Political Science and History, aspiring to become an attorney and serve in government.


2. Kadence Leeann Wiederspan



Ranked second in her class with a GPA of 4.6692, Kadence Leeann Wiederspan is the daughter of Lesley and Richard Wiederspan. A proud TASD student since kindergarten, Kadence has distinguished herself through leadership and academic integrity. She has participated in Medical Mentoring, Track, Band, and served as Class Secretary and Captain of the Color Guard and Winter Guard. She was honored at the Arkansas Governor's Scholastic Honors Day and has earned over $60,000 in scholarships. Kadence will attend the University of Central Arkansas to major in Nursing.


3. Shamia Young



Ranked third in her class, Shamia Young is the daughter of E’Von Young. Since entering TASD in the 8th grade, she has immersed herself in AP courses, wrestling, and Educators Rising. As a two-time girls’ wrestling captain and a leadership award recipient, she exemplifies strength and service. Shamia has been awarded a $116,128 scholarship to Hendrix College and plans to pursue higher education while serving in the United States Air Force. Her dream is to become an anesthesiologist.


4. Graci Wrynn Easley



Ranked fourth in her class, Graci Wrynn Easley is the daughter of Amanda and Ricky Easley. A dedicated student, she has shined through involvement in Razorback Redline, EAST, Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society, and Razorback TV. Graci served as Captain of the Redline team and Editor-in-Chief of the yearbook. Her honors include the Spirit of Trey Award and Arkansas High’s “Fiftieth Girl.” She plans to attend Southern Arkansas University to major in Media Marketing and aspires to work with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA).


5. Beth Clara Spicer



Ranked fifth in her class, Beth Clara Spicer is the daughter of Siri and Randall Spicer. A standout in Razorback TV as Sports Director and Lead Photographer, Beth’s AP and college-level coursework reflect her strong academic foundation. She has earned over $250,000 in scholarships from top universities including UNT and Texas Tech. She plans to study Sports Journalism at the University of North Texas, with dreams of working for ESPN or Sports Illustrated.


6. Coleman Walker Jones



Ranked sixth in his class, Coleman Walker Jones is the son of Casey and Brett Jones. With a 32 on the ACT and a perfect score in English, Cole’s academic prowess is matched by his leadership and service. A Collegiate Academy graduate, he has earned over $127,000 in scholarships and was named an Eagle Scout for designing a rosary garden at St. Edward’s Church. He interned with the city manager of Texarkana and served as an altar server and Quiz Bowl participant. Cole will attend the University of Arkansas to major in Biology on a pre-med track, aspiring to become a physician.


7. Madison Claire Murray



Ranked seventh in her class, Madison Claire Murray is the daughter of Lori Murray. As a Collegiate Academy graduate, she has consistently made the Chancellor’s List while giving back to the community through Interact Club and band events. As flute section leader in the Arkansas High Marching Band, Madison found confidence, community, and purpose. She plans to attend the University of Arkansas to major in Biology with a pre-med focus and minor in Psychology. Her goal is to become an OBGYN.


8. Quandravious Kemon Mixon



Ranked eighth in the class, Quandravious Kemon Mixon is the son of Traci DeAunn Mixon. A driven student since joining TASD in 9th grade, Quandravious earned multiple AP distinctions and the AP Seminar and Research Certificate. He was honored by Delta Sigma Theta as an Outstanding Young Man. Through Educators Rising, Boys State, and multiple community efforts, he has exemplified servant leadership. He plans to attend the University of Central Arkansas to major in Early Childhood Education with the goal of becoming a teacher who shapes young minds.


9. Emma Claire Keahey



Ranked ninth in her class, Emma Claire Keahey is the daughter of Laura McBay Keahey. A passionate musician and leader, Emma has served as Head Drum Major, Lead Alto, and Section Leader in band. She’s earned top honors including All-State recognition, soloist awards, and the prestigious Arkansas Governor’s Award of Musical Excellence. A Collegiate Academy graduate, Emma received over $350,000 in scholarships. She plans to attend the University of Tulsa to major in Music Education.


10. Joshua Malachi Sharpe



Ranked tenth in his class, Joshua Malachi Sharpe is the son of Christopher Sharpe and Dana Sanchez. An athlete and leader, Joshua played varsity soccer for four years, serving as team captain his senior year. He also competed in football and bowling, earning MVP and leadership accolades. Joshua’s future plans include entering the trades with the dream of owning his own business.
