Redwater ISD 2025 Top Ten
Grayson Kelley

Grayson Kelley is the son of Greg Kelley and Ammie Kelley. He is graduating with a 4.0 GPA, has 33 college credit hours, and is Redwater High School’s 2025 Valedictorian. Kelley is a member of the Redwater UIL teams for Computer Science, Spelling, Computer Applications, Science, Mathematics, Calculator Applications, Social Studies, Current Issues and Events, Literary Criticism, and Robotics. He has won numerous awards in both academics and Robotics. Academically, he has received First Place Team in Computer Science and a third place individual medal, First Place Team in Spelling and a first place individual medal, First Place Team in Social Studies and a fourth place individual medal, First Place Team in Computer Science and a second place individual medal, a third place individual medal in Social Studies, a sixth place individual medal in Science, and a Top Scorer award in Physics. In Robotics, Kelley and his team have received multiple awards over the past four years, including: Robotics Skills Champion, State of Texas Runner-Up in UIL Championship, Tournament Champion in Pleasant Grove, and the Innovative Award at the Redwater Robotics Tournament. Additionally, Kelley is a member of the Art Club and has received two regional art medals in VASE. Outside of school, Kelley is a lifelong Boy Scout, earning his Eagle Scout in 2024, and volunteers in children’s ministry at Hillcrest Baptist Church. He has received numerous scholarships to Texas Tech, where he plans to major in software engineering this fall.
Karle Williams

Karle Williams is the daughter of Kimberly and Nathan Williams. She is graduating with a 4.0 GPA, 32 college credit hours, and is Redwater High School’s 2025 Salutatorian. She is a four-year member of the Redwater Powerlifting team, where she is a two-time regional qualifier, a member of the Redwater Softball team, and manager of the Redwater Basketball team. Williams is also the editor of the Redwater yearbook and has won several awards in UIL Journalism, including three years as a regional qualifier and one year as a state qualifier. In Photojournalism, as a member of the Art and Photo Club, she received a gold medal in VASE. She served as the secretary of Student Council during her freshman and sophomore years and is a member of the National Honor Society and Key Club, where she has participated in several community service projects, including Alex’s Lemonade Stand, ringing bells for the Salvation Army, serving at Red Lick’s Fall Carnival, and volunteering at Straight Street in Maud. Williams plans to attend the University of Oklahoma, where she has been awarded the NROTC Marine Scholarship. She plans to pursue a career in biochemistry and become a pharmacologist.
Emma Campbell

Emma Campbell is the daughter of Kristie and Mark Campbell. She is graduating with a 3.98 GPA, has 32 college credit hours, and is third in her class. She has been a member of the Redwater Theater Company for the past four years and serves on its leadership team. She has received Honorable Mention and All-Star Cast awards for the past two years while leading her team to Area for two years and to Regionals this year. She is the historian for the Redwater National Honor Society and served in Key Club for two years, where she volunteered numerous hours for her community and raised money for needy families, including ringing bells for the Salvation Army, serving runners at Run the Line, and working Alex’s Lemonade Stand for patients with leukemia. Campbell received the Soaring Eagle Scholarship and has been accepted to the Honors College program at Texas A&M–Texarkana, where she plans to pursue a degree in computer science with a concentration in cybersecurity.
Tiffiny Reed

Tiffiny Reed is the daughter of Carla and Pete Reed. She is graduating with a 3.95 GPA and has earned 32 college credit hours. She is graduating fourth in her class from Redwater High School. She served as class secretary her freshman and sophomore years and has been a member of Redwater's Art Club for the past four years, where she has won five medals in VASE for her artwork. She is the co-president of Redwater FCCLA and has participated in many projects, including Elementary Lessons, Middle School Lessons in STEM, and the Original Children’s Book competition. Reed has won several awards in her endeavors, including a first place regional award for her illustrated children’s book and a second place medal for her elementary art lessons. Her Elementary Lessons and Children’s Book qualified her for state, where she won 6th place. Reed has competed in UIL Copy Editing and Spelling, where she won 3rd and 6th place in Copy Editing and 4th and 5th place in Spelling, and was part of the First Place Spelling Team at district. She served as the secretary of the Spanish Honor Society. Reed plans to attend Texas A&M–Texarkana, where she has been awarded the Presidential Scholarship and will major in English.
Kaylin Tucker

Kaylin Tucker is the daughter of Kami and Curtis Tucker. She is graduating with a 3.98 GPA, has earned 26 college credit hours, and is graduating fifth in her class from Redwater High School. Tucker has been a member of the Redwater High School Band and Colorguard for the past four years and has earned third, sixth, and seventh place at state, Sweepstakes for four years, and Best in Colorguard. She is a four-year member of the Redwater Tennis Team and a former three-year member of the Redwater Track Team, where she earned third and fourth place in district and advanced to Area for two years. She serves as the vice president of the National Honor Society, where she has rung bells for the Salvation Army, volunteered to help special needs children during Run the Line, and raised money for needy families in Redwater. She is also a member of HOSA, where she earned her Phlebotomy and CCMA certifications. She serves as vice president of the Redwater Senior Class and participated in the 2025 Regional Science Fair, where she received first place for her banana bread project. Tucker plans to attend Oklahoma State University to pursue a degree in zoology and become a general veterinary surgeon.
Reagan Bulkley

Reagan Bulkley is the daughter of Janet and Aaron Bulkley. She is graduating with a 3.96 GPA, has earned 26 college credit hours, and is sixth in her class from Redwater High School. Bulkley is a four-year member of the Redwater High School Band and is the current drum major. She has earned third, sixth, and seventh place at state, along with four Sweepstakes awards. She is a member of the National Honor Society, where she has rung bells for the Salvation Army, volunteered to help special needs children at Run the Line, and raised money for needy families in Redwater. She is also the president of the Spanish National Honor Society. Bulkley has received the Academic Excellence Scholarship, the NSU Award, the Outstanding Student Award, the Presidential Honors Scholarship, and the Hettie M. Fincher Scholarship, totaling $32,000 at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, where she plans to pursue a degree in radiology. Her long-term goal is to become a radiologist.
Aubryana Andersson

Aubryana Andersson is the daughter of Salina and David Andersson. She is graduating with a 4.0 GPA and is seventh in her class. (Note: College credit hours not listed.) Andersson is a member of the Redwater High School Band, where she serves as percussion captain. She was previously a member of the Redwater Golf, Powerlifting, and Track teams, as well as Key Club. She currently plays rhythm in the Redwater Jazz Band and is a member of both the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society, where she serves as treasurer. Andersson has accepted multiple scholarships, including the Magale Musician Scholarship, the Gallaspy Education Scholarship, the Band Scholarship, and the Academic Foundation Scholarship to Northwestern State University, where she plans to pursue a degree in Music Education.
Samantha Stacy

Samantha Stacy is the daughter of Jennifer and Earle Stacy. She is graduating with a 4.0 GPA and is eighth in her class from Redwater High School. (Note: College credit hours not listed.) Stacy has been a member of the Redwater High School Band since her freshman year. During that time, she has led the Colorguard to earn several awards, including Best Guard, two second place Winterguard medals, a third place state medal, and four Sweepstakes medals. She is currently a member of Art Club and VASE, where she medaled at state and received local recognition from TRAHC. Academically, she serves as president of the Redwater National Honor Society, where she led her chapter to raise over $1,000 for needy families in Redwater, served runners in the Run the Line race for needy children, and rang bells for the Salvation Army. Stacy will attend the Salon Professional Academy in Sherwood, Arkansas, where she will seek her cosmetology certification and aspires to one day own an all-inclusive day spa.
Katelyn Latimer

Katelyn Latimer is the daughter of Dana and James Latimer. She is graduating with a 3.98 GPA, has earned 32 college credit hours, and is ninth in her class at Redwater High School. She is a four-year member of the Redwater Theater Company and has served as stage manager for the past three years, leading her crew to Area for two years and to Regionals this year. Latimer is a published author and a prominent contributor to the Redwater Literary Magazine. She received the Presidential Scholarship and plans to attend Texas A&M–Texarkana in the fall, where she will pursue a degree in English. After college, she plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Library Sciences.
Austin Ingram

Austin Ingram is the son of Sherry and Anthony Ingram. He is graduating with a 3.88 GPA, has earned 33 college credit hours, and is tenth in his class at Redwater High School. Ingram is a four-year member of the Redwater Dragon Football Team, where he received Honorable Mention All-District, a three-year member of the Redwater Track Team, where he qualified for Area his senior year, and a former member of the Redwater Powerlifting team. He is also a member of the Dragon TV Program, where he won a Music Production Award, and a former member of the Redwater Band, where he received the Utility Player of the Year Award in percussion. Academically, he is a member of the Spanish Honor Society. Ingram received a $164,000 merit scholarship to the University of Tulsa, where he plans to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
