Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund (ASPSF) was honored on January 28, 2024, at the Ozan-Inghram Iron Mountain Neighborhood Development Corporation’s 20th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend Celebration Gala at Texarkana College.
