Meat … Pre Cooked Pulled Pork

Sour Cream Sauce … 1/2 cup sour cream … juice from one lime … 1 Tbsp of cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

… • Mix cornbread mix, milk, cheese, and jalapenos. • Spray heated waffle iron with nonstick spray. Pour mixture in waffle iron and cooked until golden. • Top waffle with pulled pork. • Mix sour cream sauce ingredients together. Drizzle on top of pork. • Garnish with cilantro. • Enjoy!

I am a slob. My room is like a maze. That’s why I decided to change for my new year’s resolution. My room will sparkle more than a light bulb. Once I’m done, my room will gleam like a butterfly. I’ll get Clorox wipes to wipe the room, then I will use Febreze spray to make it smell nice. … I am an A/B Honor Roll student. I want to make A Honor Roll in the future. For the Love of Books

I love to read. I always have. I love to read so much that I actually remember learning how to read. Mrs. Jan Cure Clayton was my first-grade teacher, and she was also my Daddy’s first cousin. (In Atlanta, Texas, it is a real possibility that you are going to be related to one of your teachers along the way.) Anyway, I can remember the other first graders in my reading group and how Mrs. Jan would stand at the board teaching us phonics. It opened a whole new world for me.
