​​In October last year, my husband was hospitalized with a mysterious illness. The worst medical condition he had experienced up to that point was heartburn, so when sickness overtook him so quickly, it was quite a shock. The illness affected his 46-year-old liver, heart, lungs, and spinal fluid. He had a team of competent doctors trying to diagnose him, but they were stumped. They had no idea what they were treating.

Bougie Grubs Hibachi Bowl

This month's recipe is one of our personal favorites. The hibachi bowl is sure to impress family and friends!INGREDIENTS … 1 1/2 pound chicken breast … 1/4 cup soy sauce … 1 tbsp sesame oil … 1 tsp ginger paste … 1 tsp minced garlic … 1 tsp black pepper … Bag of stir fry veggies … 1 cup diced zucchini … DIRECTIONS … 1. Cut chicken into small pieces and place in a bowl. 2. Mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger paste, garlic, and black pepper. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes in the fridge. 3. Add chicken to skillet on medium heat. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring often.
