The Love Around Us … A message from Genoa Central High School Valedictorian, Grace Ashmore … Friends, family, faculty, and fellow graduates, good evening. I am honored to be speaking tonight, and I would not be here without the support of many of the people I see in front of me. Throughout this elementary, middle, and now high school journey, I have been loved. We have been loved by our friends and our families, our mothers and our fathers, our sisters and our brothers. But we have also been loved in smaller ways—quieter ways, throughout our lives as students in the public school system.

… Grayson Kelley … … Grayson Kelley is the son of Greg Kelley and Ammie Kelley. He is graduating with a 4.0 GPA, has 33 college credit hours, and is Redwater High School’s 2025 Valedictorian. Kelley is a member of the Redwater UIL teams for Computer Science, Spelling, Computer Applications, Science, Mathematics, Calculator Applications, Social Studies, Current Issues and Events, Literary Criticism, and Robotics. He has won numerous awards in both academics and Robotics.

… The Red River Athletic Conference has announced that two A&M-Texarkana student athletes have been named as the 2024-2025 Red River Athletic Conference Etier Character Athletes of the Year. The conference announced that seniors Baylee Stautzenberger and Jonathan Rios won the awards in an announcement on Monday, June 30, 2025. … Now in its ninth year, the award is given annually to one male and one female RRAC student-athlete who best represent the tenets of the NAIA Champions of Character program (respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship, and servant leadership).

Just yesterday, it seems, I was starting my first year of school in the Texarkana Arkansas School District, and now, here I am, ready to embark on new adventures! Ashdown High School 2025 Honor Graduates

Valedictorian— Kaitlyn Jones … … Kaitlyn Jones, daughter of Cristal and Jon Jones, was involved in Beta Club, National Honor Society, AHS Tutoring, TARGETS, and was a member of the National Society of High School Scholars. Kaitlyn was a member of the basketball and volleyball Pantherettes teams. She will attend Southern Arkansas University to major in Nursing and plans to attend medical school to become a pediatrician.
